HungryFriend verifies your mobile phone number with your mobile services provider. If we're unable to verify your phone number, please read the following tips and try again:
- Make sure the phone number you're entering matches the mobile device you’re using.
- International and VOIP numbers are not supported. Make sure you have the latest version of the app by visiting the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Make sure you have a mobile data plan enabled. We’re unable to support devices without mobile data (e.g. WiFi-only iPads).
If you’re still unable to sign up with your phone number, please submit a support request and provide your phone number and carrier for reference.
