Do I need to add a bank account?

Adding a credit or debit account is needed to join the HungryFriend program. We'll work to analyze your restaurant spend and find restaurants that will contribute a percent back to your charitable cause. When you use your linked card at one of our donating partners, your earned donation will be added to your HungryFriend account.

HungryFriend does not have access to your username and password, and you choose to provide access to your restaurant tractions directly with your financial institution.

HungryFriend has partnered with Plaid, the leading financial services provider used by Venmo, Coinbase, Acorns, and American Express, to provide bank authentication for linked accounts.
