How do I update my phone number or email address?

To update your phone number or email address, tap Account from the menu at the bottom of the app then tap Profile. From there, simply tap the field you'd like to update. Adding a new phone number or email will require you to add and verify your new number or email before deleting the previous number or email.

Updating your phone number

If you're unable to update your phone number, please read the following tips and try again:

Make sure you have the latest version of the app by visiting the App Store or Google Play Store.

Make sure you have a mobile data plan enabled. We’re unable to support devices without mobile data (e.g. WiFi-only iPads). 

Make sure the phone number you're entering matches the mobile device you’re using. International and VOIP numbers are not supported.

If you’re still unable to update your phone number, please submit a request below and provide your phone number and carrier for reference.
