You can update your password in the app by tapping Account, and selecting Profile from the list. If you forgot your password, please follow the steps below:
- To reset your password, tap Forgot Password from the login screen. You'll be prompted to enter the mobile phone number associated with your Bitmo account.
- You'll receive a text message with a verification code to reset your password. This code can only be used once. Follow the prompts to complete your password reset.
